Holy shit, the Maricopa Center is only 7 miles away from me. I am gonna be there.

What's hilarious is this venue is right in the middle of a retirement community. I get the feeling I'm gonna be the only game music fan there.

Thanks for the feature; I tend to agree that it's a pretty rough album overall, but it's heart is in the right place.
Of the 17 tracks, I like tracks 1, 7 and 8. There's some other well-crafted tracks, but for the most part, the source leaves me pretty cold. I think it's still worth checking out, there might be a song or two that listeners would like.
On a personal note, i'm glad to have moved on from garageband to logic, and I'll be picking up some actual studio monitors in a month, so hopefully my songs will be listen able by the next project.

Play! is making its way to seattle this month and i've purchased tickets to see it. i'm looking forward to comparing the experience to that of VGL which i saw also when it made its way to seattle. granted, VGL hit seattle early on in its existence right before its vancouver show and subsequent cancellation of all tour dates following it due to various logistical reasons, so i don't know if VGL has changed its format since then. it'll be impossible to NOT compare, however, so this should be fun.
