South Korean salsa tournament performance featuring Street Fighter II

I was randomly watching some stuff on YouTube this morning, mostly NESguide videos of Tim Follin games (to view some of his work in the context of the games), and CollegeHumor’s Street Fighter II: The Later Years, when I happened upon an interesting dance video.

So it’s tangentially got some VG. It’s certainly got some M. Ergo…VGM? Hence, this footage from the 2005 Korean Salsa Competition & Festival, featuring Ryu & Chun-Li.

Even though there’s no Street Fighter II music involved, there are some character poses and occasional sound effects. And The Lady would like it. Enjoy.

    Isn’t the first song Chun Li’s theme from SF2? I don’t have the OST on hand to confirm.
